The sync from Cliniko → HubSpot is automatic. The sync from HubSpot → Cliniko is triggered by a custom property in HubSpot called "Push to Cliniko" which instantly pushes the contact to Cliniko as a patient or a contact (your choice). If a matching patient or contact already exists, an update is made. If not, a patient is created in Cliniko. The "Push to Cliniko" custom property can also be set by a form or a workflow in HubSpot.

No. Appointments, cases, invoices and payments are only synced from Cliniko to HubSpot.
One month of appointments and invoices are synced upon install. More historical transactions can be synced upon request for an additional cost.
CRMConnect will work with the free version of HubSpot, but some features and benefits, such as Appointment and Sales pipeline require a HubSpot Pro Hub which also allows workflows. To set up even more powerful automations, a subscription to HubSpot’s Sales Hub Enterprise allows for auto-enrolling contacts in sequences. This is one of the most powerful features CRMConnect enables.
No. CRMConnect only interprets and syncs data between Cliniko and HubSpot. A Cliniko patient with no email that’s synced with HubSpot will not have an email in HubSpot either.
