How is donor sync count calculated?

Only donors actively synced to ActiveCampaign are counted. Inactive donors aren't counted until they become active again (e.g., updated records or new donations).

How frequently is the data synced?

Your data syncs every 15 minutes.

Do you offer nonprofit discounts?

No, because CRMConnect users connecting DonorPerfect and ActiveCampaign are all nonprofits.

How much historical data is included with the integration?

One month of appointments and invoices are synced upon install. More historical transactions can be synced upon request for an additional cost.

How much historical donation data is included?

Your subscription includes one month of historical donations. Additional months can be synced at a one-time cost of $50 per month.

Which ActiveCampaign subscription do I need?

Any paid ActiveCampaign subscription works with CRMConnect.

Are ActiveCampaign automations included?

No, CRMConnect syncs your donor data, but you'll create your own automations in ActiveCampaign. If you need help, we can refer you to an ActiveCampaign expert.

What happens to donors in DonorPerfect who have no email address?

They either won't sync to ActiveCampaign, or a placeholder email (with their donor ID and your domain) will be created.

I have more donors in DonorPerfect than my subscription allows. What should I do?

Only active donors count towards your limit. Inactive donors won't count until they become active again, so you may not need to upgrade immediately.

Can I choose which donor information gets synced?

No, all standard donor profile and donation fields automatically sync with ActiveCampaign.

Can I sync custom fields from DonorPerfect?

Yes, custom fields syncing is available as an optional add-on for $99/month.

Can I track the success of specific fundraising campaigns?

Yes, because all your donor and donation data syncs automatically, ActiveCampaign clearly shows how well your newsletters, social media posts, and marketing campaigns perform.
