Most data—including appointments, memberships, and purchases—sync in real-time or within minutes. Comprehensive reconciliation occurs daily.
How much historical data is imported initially?
By default, appointments sync 7 days back and 30 days forward; sales and visits sync 1 month back. Additional historical data can be imported upon request.
What Zoho CRM edition is required?
CRMConnect requires Zoho CRM Enterprise or higher for optimal custom object management and advanced automation capabilities.
Are Zoho CRM workflows and automations included?
CRMConnect provides the synced data. You configure automations, workflows, and reports inside Zoho CRM. Assistance available via integration partners if needed.

A unique placeholder email is created in Zoho CRM, ensuring seamless syncing without interruptions.
How are duplicate emails handled?
