Mindbody imposes API rate limits and fees that throttle data importing into HubSpot. The default amount of data imported into HubSpot includes appointments going 7 days back and 30 days forward, and visits and sales going 1 month back.
CRMConnect will work with the free version of HubSpot, but some features and benefits, such as the Mindbody Appointment and Sales pipeline require a HubSpot Pro Hub which also allows workflows. To set up even more powerful automations, a subscription to HubSpot’s Sales Hub Enterprise allows for auto-enrolling contacts in sequences. A Mindbody client with no email that’s synced with HubSpot will not have an email in HubSpot either.

The 5,000 clients synced only refer to the clients we see come through the integration. You can have many more clients in Mindbody and if they do not trigger a sync because they are inactive (without updates, visits, purchases, etc.) then they are not counted. So the number of clients you need to sync only includes currently active clients and clients who become active in the future.
