The setup on AppConnect is very easy. You do need some knowledge of Zapier to connect to the apps of your choice.
A "payload" refers to each individual data transfer or event between Mindbody and Zapier. For example, adding a new client or updating a class booking counts as one payload. Your monthly subscription includes 500 payloads, and any additional payloads are charged at $0.04 per payload.
When you exceed your payload limit for the month, we will not process the payloads. Upon setup, you will decide what to set your limit to. Then when you exceed your monthly limit of 500 payloads, additional payloads will be billed at $0.04 per payload. We will notify you when you're approaching your limit, allowing you to manage your usage or consider upgrading your plan if necessary.
A paid plan of Zapier is needed to use Webhooks on Zapier.
