Add profile
Adds a new profile if the email does not exist, otherwise an error occurs. The profile ID is emitted if the profile was successfully added.
Get profile by email
Fetches a profile having the specified email address. Emits empty values if no profile is found.
Update profile
Updates a profile by profile ID. Use the "Get profile by email" action to obtain a profile's ID.
